Just a few things for you all to be in the know about:

What to Wear:

Wedding attire will be dressy casual for both Scott and I. The groom will be in jeans and a sport coat if that helps make any attire based decisions! ;) It might be chilly or hot as hell.....ya never know with Michigan weather! So be sure to be comfortable and ready to party with lots of friends and family for the night!

Directions to Cedar Bend Farms:

It can be a little tricky to get down to the valley where the little farm is located. Your phone GPS may try and take you down a treacherous seasonal road - DON'T DO IT! Drive into Mancelona. You will want to drive through town to Gill-Roy's hardware store (on the corner of State St/M-88 and Cedar River Rd) and turn onto Cedar River Rd. Follow that road for about 3 miles and it will take you to a winding hill. Once at the bottom, turn right at the first intersection you come across. When you reach the top of the hill, we will be on your left! We will have signs posted at the corner and to direct you to the parking area.

Parking:

As you pull into Cedar Bend Farms, parking will be in the large grassy area immediately to the right. We will have signs and someone to guide you to park.

No Registry:

Please, please, please......we beg of you....... absolutely NO GIFTS!!! Scott and I are very blessed to have all we need in our home and more. We would be oh so happy that if you feel the need to bring a "gift", please bring a donation from the wish list at Cherry Capital Humane Society. If you would like to do a monetary donation, we will split those between Antrim County Animal Control and Kalkaska County Animal Control. We will drop off all donations to help out the staff and all of the fur babies in their care.

Food and Drinks:

We will have plenty of snacks dinner and dessert for you all to enjoy. For beverages, we will have a great selection of beer, wine, seltzers, Non-alcoholic beer and wine options, water and pop. If you want to bring your favorite beverage, feel free :)

Restrooms:

Restrooms are located in the Stone Barn which is directly behind the pavilion where the reception is. You will see it on the walk to the chapel. Keep and eye out for signs to point you in the right direction!
